Overview

Aberdeen Logistics Center is a 44 acre raw land purchase and rezoning to accommodate a new tilt 500,000 square foot warehouse distribution facility.  After rezoning, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. purchased the fully permitted property in a simultaneous closing with the original landowner.  Manekin was subsequently retained by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. to develop the speculative 500,000 square foot warehouse. Purchased: 2018.  Delivered: 2020.  Buyer: Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.
