Overview
After Pacific Realty Trust purchased the Cabin Branch Distribution Center from Safeway, Manekin Construction built a new 154,000 SF Warehouse/Distribution Center for Whole Foods which included refrigerated/freezer space. This space features 28 loading docks, 2 drive-in bays, cross docks, 30' ceiling heights and a parking lot with 80 surface spaces.

Other phases included three additional new concrete tilt-up buildings at 90,000, 100,000 and 86,075 square feet, as well as renovation of an existing 28,000 square foot building. 28,000 SF building.
