Overview
In 1999 the building lost its long term tenant who occupied over 50% of the building. The building faced a two-pronged issue of deferred maintenance and retrofit on the management side and the releasing and repositioning of nearly 170,000 sf of second generation Class "A" office space on the leasing side. Management and Leasing worked together to devise a strategy of re-introduction of the building to the market involving extensive renovations, a tenant amenities package, and an agressive marketing campaign to bring the asset back to over 85% occupancy within a few years.
