Overview

An 853,000 square foot redevelopment expansion of a 40 year old vacant Giant Foods Dry Storage property.  Redevelopment included new roof, docks, electrical system, lighting, heating and 123,00 square feet of new tltwall expansion.  The site was significantly reconfigured and modernized to meet storm water code.  The building was sold 69% Leased in 2020.Manekin LLC was subsequently retained by the new owner as Construction Manager and Consultant.  Capital Partner: AEW Group.  Lender(s):  M&T., Citizens.  Purchased: 2016.  Delivered: 2017.  Tenants: ASR/Domino Sugar, Walmart, Pepsi Co.  Sold: 2020.  Buyer: Grandview.
