Overview

7540 Assateague Drive is a 160,000 square foot Manekin build-to-suit longterm leased cold storage facility for G. Cefalu and Brother Inc. and Capital Seaboard, a family owned seafodd and produce processing and Distribution company.The facility features an efficient quality ammonia-based cooling system with the ability to cool spaces through a range of temperatures: from freezer space to - 10 degrees, cold storage space to 38-55 degrees, and ripening rooms to 70 degrees.  The project includes space for production, packaging, training, administrative and executive offices as well as internal expansion.Delivered: 2017.  Capital Partner: AEW.  Lender: M&T.  Sold: 2019.  Buyer: Heitman
