Manekin, LLC has reached the 10 million milestone. Its property management division now manages over 10 million square feet of space throughout Maryland, Delaware and Northern Virginia.
With more than 800 tenants, Manekin manages a variety of property types including urban high-rise office buildings and suburban mid-rise office and corporate headquarters buildings; flex and R&D buildings; industrial, biotech and medical office properties; large and small shopping centers, and corporate office and industrial parks.
Clients include institutional investors, regional investors with significant portfolios, single-asset investors, office and medical office condominium regimes, and industrial and retail park associations.

Seventy percent of Manekin’s property managers have received or are in the process of pursuing the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Real Property Administrators (RPA) designation.
Additionally, Manekin has received BOMA’s Award of Excellence and Building of the Year honors, and has held leadership positions in BOMA, The International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Institute of Real Estate Management and CREW Baltimore.
