SURGCENTER OF GREENBELT TO OPEN IN MANEKIN’S GREENBELT AMBULATORY CARE CENTER

Greenbelt Ambulatory Care Center – a $10 million Class “A” medical office condominium building at 7300 Hanover Dr. in Greenbelt, Md. – soon will feature a state-of-the-art surgical facility.

SurgCenter of Greenbelt LLC, a group of 10 physicians in diverse practice areas, has purchased 4,835 square feet of space on the building’s first floor. Construction on the group’s surgery center is now underway with completion expected by April.
