Manekin, LLC was well-represented in the Baltimore Business Journal’s (BBJ) recent Heavy Hitters in Real Estate edition. Three of its brokerage agents were recognized for exceptional production and performance.

Manekin Vice President George Santos, SIOR was listed as the top commercial agent in the Baltimore areal Vice President Matthew J. Haas, SIOR was profiled for negotiating the second-largest office lease, and Investment Services Associate Liz Tarran-Jones was featured for negotiating the second-largest land/building sale.

Santos, who joined the firm in 1988, specializes in leasing and investment sales in the Baltimore/ Washington Corridor. A past president of the Hospice of Howard County Foundation Board and current member of the Hospice of Baltimore Board, he is a graduate of Washington and Lee University. Santos lives in Phoenix, Md. with his wife and their three children.

Haas, who joined Manekin, LLC in 1999, specializes in the sale and leasing of office real estate throughout the Baltimore area. A University of Maryland graduate, he is active on the Boards of The United Way and United Cerebral Palsy. Haas lives in Mt. Washington with his wife and their two children.

Tarran-Jones, who joined the firm in 2004, focuses on investment real estate and consulting. Graduating with distinction from Amherst College, she was a four-time Collegiate All-American in lacrosse. Tarran-Jones resides with her husband in downtown Baltimore.
