The Sparks Venture Centre, the Hunt Valley-Sparks area’s first ExecuCentre – has opened at 954 Ridgebrook Rd. in Sparks, Md.

The 5,000-square-foot facility enables individuals or companies to lease small spaces at flexible lease terms. Tenants can lease individual or multiple suites – completely furnished.

They also share access to a kitchen, reception area, clerical staff, restrooms and spacious conference rooms equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment. Monthly rents for a single suite start at $1,000.

“The Sparks Venture Centre provides companies upscale office space without incurring costs for overhead,” said Matthew J. Haas, who along with Kevin Haus of Manekin, LLC, is the building’s leasing agent.
