Kimberly Packer, DDS, LLC – doing business as Packer Family Dentistry – has signed on as the newest Bulle Rock tenant.

The dental practice signed a 10-year lease to occupy a 2,685-square-foot space at 1500 Blenheim Farm Lane, the office/retail building located along the Rte. 40 entrance to the Bulle Rock campus in Havre de Grace, Md.

Joe Bradley and Matthew J. Haas of Manekin, LLC represented the tenant and owners: Manekin, Clark Turner and H&S Properties Development Corporation.

By early summer, Packer Family Dentistry will move into its new space, which is next to a full-service M&T Bank branch with walk-up and drive-up ATMs. Approximately 1,900 square feet remains in the single-story 9,600-square-foot building.

Built by Manekin Construction and designed by Brasher Design, the building combines contemporary architecture with large cornices and other traditional elements to blend in with the overall look throughout Bulle Rock.

"We are adding tenants to accommodate the growing Bulle Rock population," said Bradley, referring to The Residences at Bulle Rock, a resort-style community under development by Manekin, Clark Turner and H&S Properties around the five-star Bulle Rock Golf Course: home of the McDonald’s LPGA Championship and Maryland’s #1 public golf course.
