over 1 million square feet, valued at more than $200 million in investment
sales. Grounded with a knowledge of the institutional investment process and yield

- After utilizing the skills of Manekin’s development unit to study
the development potential of an adjacent parcel of land, Investment Services
was able to advise the client of the true (higher) value of the parcel
and how that value could be unlocked in a sale transaction.
- By enabling
a client tot take advantage of the rules “1031 exchanges”,
Investment Services was able to arrange a replacement property in advance
and put the client in a tax-deferred position.
- Manekin’s construction
team accurately identified in advance the costs to reconfigure office space
needed to accommodate a large user interested in a property the client had
placed under contract.
