History

Manekin’s Investment Services originated when institutional clients became active in Maryland in the 1980’s and 1990’s. As the clients began to unwind their investment positions during this period, Manekin refined its marketing and transaction-processing skills and delivered qualified buyers and closed transactions at levels which enabled our clients to post superior returns.

Today, Investment Services represents sellers and buyers, structures complicated acquisitions / disposition, and advises clients on the strategic repositioning of assets necessary to generate above-market rates of return. The team makes it a point to deliver the same high level of service regardless of the size of the transaction.
