Overview
Manekin was awarded this opportunity to consolidate the Harford County School Central Administration Center. The four-story, 73,000 square foot Gold LEED certified office building, built in an urban environment in downtown Bel Air, was delivered under significant time constraints. It won the 2006 NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) Award of Excellence, Most Environmentally Friendly Green Building.
