Manekin, LLC has completed construction of the Greenbelt Ambulatory Care Center, a $10 million Class “A” medical office condominium it has developed at 7300 Hanover Dr. in Greenbelt, Md.

Located off the Greenbelt exit of I-295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway) near I-95, Greenbelt Ambulatory Care Center is situated within the Maryland Trade Center, with close proximity to Doctor’s Hospital and NASA Goddard.

Designed by Berry Rio & Associates, the three-story, 42,300-square-foot brick and glass building has on-site parking, as well as several green features such as water saving fixtures and energy-efficient building systems.

Space in the building is available for sale as office condominiums. Already, the project is 80 percent sold to orthopedic and pain care practices.
