Manekin’s award-winning projects, representing a broad spectrum of industries and ranging in size from $50,000 to $60 million, can be found throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Most of our work is negotiated. An astounding percentage of repeat customers and referrals---which comprise the majority of business---is a testament to the successful relationships forged with clients and the consistently high-quality results that are delivered.

History

In 1976, Manekin began providing improvement construction services for its tenants in downtown Baltimore in an effort to better control move-in schedules. In response to market demand, the company soon expanded into the suburban market and construction services grew to include shell fabrications in addition to the tenant build-outs. Today, Manekin Construction LLC provides construction services to hundreds of clients engaged in a broad range of industries.
