	Manekin is the sole Maryland agency chosen to be affiliated with CORFAC International, a worldwide organization of carefully selected, privately held corporate real estate companies representing major North American and, through its affiliation with King Sturge in London, international markets. The affiliation maintains offices in the United States, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, continental Europe and Asia Pacific markets. Firms are invited to join CORFAC based upon their demonstrated ability to provide corporate real estate services in a reliable, professional and trustworthy manner. King Sturge, headquartered in London, England, is one of the few remaining independent partnerships of chartered surveyors and property consultants. The firm’s extensive history and expertise in international markets spans over 200 years. Core services include property management, consulting, brokerage, investment, financial services, project management, development consulting/implementation and market research. King Sturge's global reach is constantly expanding into new marketplaces to ensure that clients’ commercial property needs are fulfilled, and that they receive value and quality service in each location.
	The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors is a professional affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. This network of industrial and office real estate specialists has members in more than 2,200 cooperating offices in approximately 450 cities worldwide. The SIOR designation for real estate professionals is considered the highest recognition for office and industrial specialists and is achieved through rigorous course work. Manekin is proud to have six brokers with SIOR designation and others working towards the title.
	Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. ICSC boasts 70,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. The International Council of Shopping Centers is the premier organization for real estate interests in retail brokerage, retail development and mixed-use. Manekin is an active member and participant in this elite organization.
	The National Association of Office and Industrial Properties is the nation's leading trade association for developers, owners, investors, asset managers and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate. Founded in 1967, NAIOP comprises 14,500+ members in 53 North American chapters. Manekin has been active within the Maryland Chapter, having provided board members and officers since 1983. A Manekin representative is the Board President for 2008 & 2009.
